Return Policy

NOTE:  All items purchased during holiday-season deep discounting are 'FINAL SALE' items and may not be returned for refunds.

The following standard return policy resumes with purchases after the holiday special deep discounts:

All claims must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase.

Products to be returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus all return shipping charges if it is a customer error. However, if we have made an error in processing an order, we will make it right at no cost to the customer.

Shipping/Handling Fees

We try to use a standard-size shipping box for most orders; this is the most effective solution for saving you money. When we can use this standard shipping box we will only charge a shipping/handling flat rate fee of $7 per box in the US and $15 for the International. When we need to go to a box that is larger and/or heavier we will notify you of the specific S/H fees. We use the UPS Ground Zone Charts in our calculation of S/H fees. We also reserve the right to pass on any 'Residential Surcharge' or 'Fuel Surcharge' that UPS may charge us on a case-by-case basis. When we do so it will always only be the actual incremental surcharge fees that were imposed on us by UPS, and we will be prepared to provide you documentation showing this upon your request.
